WINNFIELD LA -- WINN PARISH -- Services for Pauline "Polly" Harris will be 11 a.m., Saturday at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Byrd Terry officiating. Harris, age 77, died 1:30 a.m. Thursday March 31, 1994 at Winn Parish Medical Center. Burial will be in the Winnfield City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church and a former district governor for Louisiana/Mississippi Pilot Club International. Mrs. Harris was former co-owner of H&F Dress Shop and a member of Palastine Chapter #55 O.E.S.
Survivors include one brother Newton Forrest of Winnfield; one niece Betsy Thornton of Winnfield; and one nephew Phillip D. Harris of Kalamazoo, Mich.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. until shortly before service time.
