Louis Byers, age 27, was working as a servant for the family. They were all born in Kentucky.
He died in Grayson County at the age of 77 on February 21, 1925. He was buried there in the Caneyville Cemetery in Caneyville, Kentucky. The dates shown on his stone are 1847-1925. His wife was buried there with him after her death on May 7, 1929.
