Mrs. Harp, 73, died Tuesday at the home of a daughter in Jena. She had been ill for some time.
A native of Caldwell Parish, Mrs. Harp had lived here 40 years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Monroe.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. George Thomas, Monroe, and Mrs. Don Steen, Jena; two sisters, Mrs. F. E. Bourne, Monroe, and Mrs. Lucille Ford, Alexandria; a brother, John Cloyd, Bastrop, and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were listed as Walter Rhodes, Stewart Doernbert, Jack Cloyd, Thompson Hearold, C. D. Meredith and Merlin Wilkins.
