Daughter of John and Jackie Harmon.

On May 21, 1927 she married Elbert Collins in Grenada, Mississippi. Together they had two daughters, Sarah Lou Collins and Katherine Alethea Collins, four grandchildren, and eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was a devoted Baptist and lived her life always helping others. She was truly the picture of a "Southern Lady".
