Maxine Delores Hargett Deal
Maxine Delores Hargett Deal, 48, of Conover, passed away Monday, April 23, 2007, at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory.
Born July 1, 1958, in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Preston Hargett and Dollie Lane Hargett.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Deal III of the home; two stepsons, Mike Deal and Jason Deal, both of Conover; and her mother, Dollie Lane Hargett of Union Mills.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Burke Mortuary Chapel in Newton with the Rev. Dwayne Pearson officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Cane Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Mills.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Burke Mortuary in Newton. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association, PO Box 5261 Glen Allen, VA 23058. Burke Mortuary in Newton is serving the family.
