ELVA ELIZABETH BARNHILL, 89, of 11 West Baltimore St., Potomac Towers, died at her home Tuesday. Born in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Harry R. and Martha E. Brown Harbaugh.
She was a life-member of the Washington Square United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the American Association of Retired Persons.
She is survived by one daughter, Martha L. Koerner, Hagerstown; and two grandchildren.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
