Annie Selena Hanson Burton, 84, died Nov. 19, 1979, at a local hospital. Born July 4, 1895, Salt Lake City, to Thomas William and Eliza Isabelle Evans Hanson, married Clifford P Burton June 7, 1916, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died July 4, 1976. Active in church organizations in Talmage, Burton, Forest Dale, and Valley View 3rd wards and was member of Winder 12th Ward at time of death. Held positions in Relief Society, MIA, Sunday school and was active in the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

Survivors: R. Alfred, Mrs. Homer G. (Arva) Bushman, Marvin H., Mrs. Jesse A. (Beulah) Knight, Mrs. Raymond B. (Rhea) Sweat, Mrs. Thomas G. (Vera) Pace, Leo H., Mrs. Lynn D. (Karma) Bissell, Dean H. Brent H., all of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Norman T. (Eva) Woolf, Redding, Calif.; 54 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, sisters, Mabel Hanson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. E.D. (Eva) Glenn, Glendale, Calif. Preceded in death by a son, Ross H. Burton, two brothers and a sister.
