Mrs. Mary was born in Johnsonville, SC, a daughter of the late Webster Olee "Pete" Hanna and the late Ruby Powell Hanna. She was a homemaker and farmer and a member of the Johnsonville First Baptist Church.
She enjoyed gardening, fishing, word search puzzles, music and singing, as well as making curtains and clothes, but most of all she loved spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her grandson, Scott (Erin) Beverly; great-grandchildren, Charlotte Foxworth, Evangeline Beverly, and Anola Beverly and her sister, Cheryl Barefoot.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Charlene Beverly and 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
