The Demise of an Actor
Alfred Hanlon the actor, one of the well-known Hanlon Bro's, died of consumption yesterday morning, at the residence of Mrs. Carr, Orange Grove avenue, Pasadena. The deceased was a native of Manchester, England, 45 years of age, and leaves an only daughter 13 years of age who, with his brother George and wife, was present at the demise. The funeral will take place from Mrs. Carr's residence to-day at 2 p.m. ad the remains will be interred in the cemetery near the mountains, in accordance with the expressed wish of the deceased.
