Patricia A. Hanlon Bearse, 67, died May 23, 2007 at Hospice of the Treasure Coast in Stuart. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Chatham, MA. She moved to the Treasure Coast in 1992 from Boston.
She wored as a customer service representative for New England Telephone Co. in Boston and was a caregiver for TenderCare Assisted Living in Stuart. She also was an author, publishing the novel "When Eagles Fly" and some poetry.
She was a member of the Fan Story Writer's Guild.
She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Stuart.
Survivors include her brother, Stephen R. Hanlon of Mashpee, MA.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. May 24 at St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Arrangements are by Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
