Tommy Alan Hammontree, age 45, of Cohutta, passed away Monday, July 30, 2012 at his Erlanger Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Hammontree of the residence; parents, J.L. and Wilma Hammontree of Cohutta; sons, Jonathan Hammontree of Cohutta, Justin Parker and daughter, Amber Locke both of Calhoun; sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Jeff Heatherly of Cohutta; brother, Jim Hammontree also of Cohutta; nieces, Holly and Emma Hammontree and Lindsey Brown.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Cy Harris and Rev. Eric Minter officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, August 1, 2012, from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m.
Burial will be at Smith's Chapel Cemetery.
