Funeral Services to Be Held Monday For Mrs. Bell

Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. A. W. Triggs at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Krohn and Berard Funeral home for Mrs. Joyce Bell, 28, who died Friday morning at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hamlett, 351 Market street, Port Edwards, following a lingering illness. Interment will take place in Forest Hill cemetery. Mrs. Bell was born in Elk River, Minn., on Nov. 13, 1920, and had resided in this community since 1944. She was married in Wisconsin Rapids on September 4, 1942 to Robert Bell, who lost his life in Germany on July 19, 1944, while serving with the armed forces. Besides her parents she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Arthur Stensberg, Port Edwards. Friends may pay their respects at the Krohn and Berard Funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening.
