Lula Melissa Bickerstaff, 89, of Jacksonville died Thursday, November 21, 1996, at Hines Nursing Home in Pineland.

Graveside services were held Saturday, November 23, at Providence Cemetery in Providence under the direction of Starr Funeral Home in Hemphill.

Survivors include daughters, Sarah Fling of Evadale, Marilyn Roberts of Winnfield, LA, and Barbara Bickerstaff of Pineland; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
