Margaret Hamilton Brown, age 91, a resident of Russellville, AR , formerly of Hector, died Tuesday, February 8, 2000 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center at Russellville, AR.
She was born on August 15, 1908 at Pope County, AR, to James Clark Hamilton and Nancy Elizabeth Hurley.
She was a Homemaker and worked 10 years at Hillcrest Medical Center. She was the widow of the late Benjamin Brown and preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, Ed , Henry, Emmitt, Oren, Dewey Hamilton.
She was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Russellville.
Survivors include one sister and brother in law, Reba and O.S. 'Hob' Langford of Russellville; a sister in law, Betty Hamilton of Conway; numerous nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral service will be 10 A.M. Friday, February 11, 2000 at the Humphrey Chapel, officiated by Rev. Allen Grant, and assisted by Harold Hamilton. Burial will be at the Rock Springs Cemetery at Hector, AR under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home.
