Leona, of Hamshire, passed away Thursday at the Arboretum of Winnie.
A native of Lovelady, she had lived in the Hamshire area since 1946. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hamshire.
Survivors include her sons, Carl Whitehead, Toby Whitehead, Jim Allen and his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Brenda Holt and her husband, Charles; sister, Merle Sausley and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
