MRS. BERNARD BOLTON
Mrs. Bernard Bolton, 45, the former Irene Hall, died suddenly Saturday night after suffering a heart attack at her home at 88 Oakes St. She was rushed to Putnam Memorial Hospital, but was dead on arrival there.
Born in Arlington, Sept 16, 1909, she had spent her early life there and attended Arlington schools. She was married to Bernard Bolton at St. Peter's Episcopal Church and their married life had been spent here. Her home and family had been her main interest. She had been employed at the manufacturing plant, managed by Richard Ralph and was highly esteemed by all her associates.
On of her favorite hobbies had been fishing and she had enjoyed all types of the sport.
Survivors besides her husband are; two daughters, Mrs. Marvin (Clara) Hathaway and Nancy Bolton; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur (Harriett) Guerard and Mrs. Joseph (Marie) Wright, the later from Walloomsac, N.Y.; five brothers, Orrin Hall of North Bennington, Earl Hall of Pownal Center, James Hall of North Bennington, Floyd Hall of Bennington and Robert Hall of Arlington, Mass; four grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from Mahar Funeral Home Tuesday at 1:30 pm with a prayer and from St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 2. Burial will take place in Park Lawn Cemetery.
