Frankie Hall Callam passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007, in a Houston Hospice facility. She was born on September 5, 1921, in Baytown. She graduated Robert E. Lee High School in 1938, and attended Lee College. She was employed as a sales person and receptionist. She was a member of First Christian church, Church Women United, served on the Child Care Committee, volunteered at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital Service Corp. for 42 years, and was a member of the '39 Study Club.
She was preceded in death by husband, Wade Hampton Callam, sister, Harriet Goerlich, and parents Valma & Walter F. Hall. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Ray Seegmiller, of Houston, sons and daughters-in-law, Wade F. and Johnnie Callam, of Rockport, and James and Patricia Callam, of Houston, grandchildren, Kathryn Brummett Barber and husband, Tate, Joel Brummett and wife, Heather, Kevin Callam and wife, Polly, and Christopher Callam, great grandchildren, Callam, Constance, and Charles Barber, Joel Barrett Brummett, and Jackson Callam.
Services were entrusted to Crespo and Jirrells Funeral Home of Baytown, Texas.
