ANDERSON, Feb. 19 - The death of Mrs. Lou Ranie Garrett, 39, occurred suddenly Friday night shortly before 10 o'clock while she was attending services at the Pentecostal Holiness church at Orr Mills. Her death was attributed to a heart attack.
Mrs. Garrett was the wife of William Garrett and was a life-long resident of Anderson county.
She is survived by her husband and two sons and two daughters, Fred and Willis Garrett and Mrs. Elma Gaines and Mrs. Flora Brown, all of Anderson; her father P.P. Hall and three brothers and five sisters, Eugene and Canada Hall, Alabama; Ross Hall, Goldville; Mrs. John Lee, Newry; Mrs. C.C. King, Townville; Mrs. Steve King, Fiar Play; Mrs. Dallie Bradey, Lavonia, Ga., and Mrs. Bertie Davis of Danielsville, Ga.
The funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Pentecostal Holiness church with the Rev. R.L. Burton officiating, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Thomas. Interment will follow in Silver Brook cemetery.
