Cathy Renee Alexander

Cathy Renee Alexander born Nov. 16, 1958 went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2014 at the age of 55. Cathy loved the Lord, her family and friends, and animals.
She served proudly in the United States Air Force. She fought a heroic battle against cancer in 1996 and then again in the last 12 months. Most of all we will miss her contagious smile and her boisterous laugh.
She is preceded in death by her father; Charles Ray Hallford. She is survived by her husband; Calvin Alexander, mother; Joyce Hallford, brother; Curtis Hallford (Terri), Daughter; Crystal Mayo (Jeff), grandchildren; Allana, Chance, Jacob, numerous nieces and nephews. A small graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 10 a.m.
A celebration of her life is scheduled for May 31 at 4 p.m. at Rainbow Hills Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Joyce Hallford Foundation at Rainbow Hills Baptist School.
