Due to a family bible entry over 100 years after the fact some decendants have Sally's name as Nancy because of the bible entry. It is possible her name was Sallie Nancy or Nancy Sally but there is a Nancy Dalton in research files who was the daughter of David Dalton Sr. but her husband was Nathan Dryer in these files that were backed up with Census documents and other research material. As for now I feel until document evidence proves otherwise that John Halford Sr married Lucinda Bradley. Evidence shows that the name Lucinda is carried down in the Halford family tree and the Bradley family lived in close proximity to the Dalton family in Rutherford Co. in the early 1800's.
