Lt. Col. and Mrs Blair Hale of Merced, Calif. were happy over the arrival of another son at their home recently, but Mrs Lois Hale grandmother, received word that the little fellow only lived two days. He was christened Frederick Scott by his father. The Hales have one girl and two other boys.
Lt. Col. Hale has been stationed at Castle AFB at Merced for about five years; except during a six months period, he attended a training school at Montgomery Ala. He is being transferred to Boulder, Colo. next month Mrs Hale said.
