DEATH CLAIMS OLD SETTLER
Mrs. Elisa Bugenhagen Dies At Two Rivers Today.
Mrs. Elisa Bugenhagen, 71
, one of the early settlers on the south side in Two Rivers, died at the Municipal hospital in that city at 10:45 a.m. today. She had been a patient at the hospital for seven weeks.
She was born in Germany, her maiden name being Hahn. She resided in Two Rivers for 50 years. Her husband, Julius, died eight years ago.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Andrew Demcak, Two Rivers, three sons, Paul at home, Walter F. of Manitowoc and Hugo of Milwaukee, one brother, Robert Hahn of Reedsville and five grandchildren.
The body will be removed from the Beduhn and Goetz mortuary to the residence Thursday and the funeral will be held Friday at 1:30l from the residence, 1113 School street, and at 2 o'clock at St. John's church. Burial will be in Pioneer's Rest cemetery.
