Eugene “Gene” Hadler of Grafton passed away peacefully at home on Friday October 17, 2014 at the age of 87 years.

Gene was born in the Town of Grafton on December 23, 1926 to the late Julius & Clara (nee Gramoll) Hadler and married the late Dorothy (nee Viesselmann) on May 19, 1951 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg.

Gene was owner and partner in H & K Concrete Products in Grafton, he was a member of the Rose Harms American Legion Post 355 in Grafton for 66 years, and was a long time active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton.

Gene is survived by his children Brian (Tammy) of West Bend and Bonnie (Bradley) Guse of Marshfield, grandchildren Britta and Brady Guse of Marshfield. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 25, 2014 at 12 Noon at St. Paul Lutheran Church 701 Washington St. Grafton. Interment will be at Lakefield Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday October 25, 2014 from 9 – 11:45 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials to the church or the Rose Harms American Legion Post 355 Grafton, appreciated.
