Victoria Hupp was born June 4, 1860 in Lower Salem, Ohio, the daughter of Zachariah Hupp & his wife Mariah J Rhodes Hupp.
She was the first born of at least 11 children born to this couple.
In August 1860, when the census was done, she is living with her parents and her maternal grandparents (Josephus E and Maria Rhodes) and her mothers brother & sister William & Victoria Rhodes. She grew up mostly in Salem, where, on Christmas Day 1881, she married Henry Baker.
As young newly weds Henry & Victoria lived in nearby Cow Run, Ohio.
At some point between 1880 & 1900 (most likely in the mid 1880's), they moved to Noble County, and by 1900 they had 6 children:

Lucy Baker 1883 – 1968
Nellie Baker 1886 – 1947
Steven Baker 1888 – 1977
Nancy Baker 1894 – 1924
ALLEN ANDREW BAKER 1896 – 1964
On January 25, 1928, Henry died as the result of "accidental crushed chest walls" due to a automobile accident in Beloit Ohio.
Victoria died Christmas Day 1937. Death certificate gives endocarditis, myocarditis, and acute cardiac decompensation as cause of death, and states she also had lobar pneumonia at the time. Death certificate verifies her parents as Jachariah Hupp and Maria Rhodes.
They are buried together in Grandview Cemetery, Sebring, Ohio per death certificates & headstone. Undertaker for Victoria was Wm Mossman.
