Annette Blalock Guy, 45, of 5015 Willow Drive, Boiling Springs, SC, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at home.
She was the daughter of Martha Jean Steadman and the late William Zeno Blalock. Mrs. Guy was a former business owner and she was a member of Una First Baptist Church.
She was a loving wife, daughter, mother and nana. She is survived by her husband: Ralph Timothy Willingham; sons: Edward Laverne Guy, II and Jonathan Blake Willingham; daughters: Dana Nicole Crisp (Jason) and Brandy Marie Crowe (Nick); daddy: Dennis Swaney; step-father: Homer Steadman; brother: Micah Swaney (Jessica); sister: Michelle Goings (Steve); three grandchildren: Lucas Allen Crowe, Hayden Sky Willingham, AvaGrace Crisp; many nieces and nephews; in-laws: Ralph and Louise Willingham.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2009 at Una First Baptist Church. The family will be at the home.
