Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home.
Services are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, LA, she was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, JoAnn Chladek; her parents, Paul Guidry and Annie Thibodeaux Guidry; sisters, Frances G. Darcey and Sylvia G. Brown.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kerri Ann Chladek Mitchell and husband David; son, Joseph G. Chladek III and wife Sally; grandchildren, Joshua K. Mitchell, Kayla A. Chladek, Keagan R. Mitchell, Kara A. Chladek and Josh, Hunter L. Mitchell and Haley, Madison N. Chase, and Sydney C. Chladek; great grandchildren, Lillie M. Chladek, Evan S.
