Funeral services for Louise Cook, age 88, of Jacksonville are scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013, at Autry Funeral Home chapel in Jacksonville with the Rev. Don Harvey officiating.

Burial will be held in Resthaven Memorial Park in Jacksonville.

Mrs. Cook passed away Friday, March 22, 2013, in Jacksonville.

She was born Aug. 16, 1924, in Frankston.

Mrs. Cook was a member of Tyler Street Baptist Church in Jacksonville and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Cook; son, Randy Cook; daughter, Janet Slider; brothers, Wilson and R.J. Grubbs; and sister, Lola Cecil.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Murray and husband Tommy, of Jacksonville; sons, James Cook and wife Louise, of Jacksonville, and Mark Cook and wife Judy, of The Woodlands; 10 grandchildren, Patti Sportiello, Amy Murray, Katie Cook, Jeff Cook, Jennifer Cook, Casey Cook, Brandon Cook, Kevin Cook, Molly Cook and Chloe Cook; and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Weldon Cook, Dannie Cook, Casey Cook, Jeff Cook, James Meador, Brandon Cook, Derwin Bolton, Choyce Batton, Kevin Cook and Kenny Cook.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013, at Autry Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
