Rhoda Ground was the daughter of Robert II Ground and Rhoda Long (both buried at Ground Family Cem.); *see her father's gravesite for her siblings.
She married Charles S. "Burr" Greer a widower with children; they lived at Sinking Creek near Merry Oaks, KY, and had no children.
After Burr's death, Rhoda returned to Three Forks, KY, and lived in a cottage in the yard of her brother William's home; at that time William was dead and his son Robert and William's widow, Nancy Ground, lived in the home of William Ground.
