Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2009, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Burial at AVON CEMETERY, Avon, Polk County, Iowa.
LURA was born April 13, 1922, in Tama, IA to Bert and Lillie SMITH.
She lived in Des Moines, Iowa, most of her adult life. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of Easton Place United Methodist Church.
