Dan was known for his ever present smile, his love for family and friends, his love of golf, and his musical talents. Dan was an avid sportsman. He was a student at UW River Falls when his illness began.
Survivors besides his mother include one sister, Mary (Gary) Lembke, Wichita, Kan.; two brothers, Mark, Wausau, and Joel (Julie) Oshkosh; his girlfriend, Tricia Boetti, London, England; one niece, Hannah Grohman, Oshkosh; and one nephew Zachary Lembke, Wichita, Kan.
Services will be on Monday, June 15, at 10:00 am at Christian Assembly. The Rev Dennis Romine will officiate. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery, town of Maine. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Sunday, June 14, at the funeral home, and again at 9 am Monday at the church until the time of services.
