Mrs Joseph Keagy, Mrs Rose May Keagy 65, wife of Joseph Keagy, formerly of Edge Grove died Thursday morning at the home of her daughter Mrs Grace Smith near the Paradise Protectory Thomasville R 1. Death followed an extended illness. Mrs Keagy was a daughter of the late Lewis and Anna Fink Groft and was born October 19 1873. She twice married Her first who was Frank Devine preceded her in death. Surviving are her second husband Joseph Keagy, ten children, Ralph Devine, McSherrystown, Mrs Grace Smith, R 1 with whom she resided, Emory Devine,Gettysburg, Charles Devine, Paradise, Mrs Mark Smith and Mrs Raymond Timmons Hanover R D, Mrs John Eline and Miss Fannie Keagy, Robert and James Keagy at home. twenty-seven grandchildren two great-grandchildren and three brothers Charles Groft, Edge Grove, Frank Groft New Oxford R D and Joseph F Groft, McSherrystown. Funeral services Monday morning at 8 o'clock from the home of the daughter R 1 followed by services at 9 o'clock in the chapel Edge Grove with the Rev John F nell officiating Burial in the Conewago chapel cemetery. Relatives served as pallbearers They were Earl J Harry Joseph P Earl F Lawrence and Harold Groft.
