Beulah W. (Walker) Grinslade 72 died at 6:45 am Friday December 8, 2000 at Century Villa Health Care Greentown. She was born April 27, 1928 in Howard County to Floyd W. And Virgie M. (Cuthrell) Walker, who are both deceased. 1951 she married John W Grinslade II, at the first United Methodist Church parsonage, Greentown.

she worked for the state Bank of Greentown for Lemaster flower shop Bunker Hill. She was a lifelong member of the first United Methodist Church Greentown. She taught Sunday school and knitting classes for the Howard County 4H raised American Eskimo puppies and enjoyed helping with the farm work.

surviving or her husband, John W Grinslade II, Kokomo; two sons, John W Grinslade III and Wife, Betsy, Greentown, and Timothy, Grinslade and Wife Kay of Greentown; daughters and spouses, Jennie and Virgil, Spencer and Bernice and Charles Jr. Taylor all of Greentown. Grandchildren, David Spencer, Brenda Fife, Jereme Grinslade, Jody Alexander, Sarah Reser, Sandy Bookmiller, Daniel Grinslade, Peggy, Reser, Terry Grinslade, and Tony Grinslade. Great grandchildren, Rachelann, Reser, Bailey, Spencer, Dakota, Bergen, Draven, and two sister-in-law's, Anna Lou Walker, Greentown, and Thelma Walker Marion. Proceeding her in death where her parents two sisters, Delcie Walker, Evelyn Krieg, and two brothers, Erville Walker and Loren Walker.

Services are at 10:30 AM Monday at Hassler Pickett funeral home 112 E. Main St., Greentown. Friends may call from 3 to 7 PM Sunday at the funeral home burial will be in the Greenlawn cemetery Greentown the Reverend Mark Day and the Reverend Joel Stoll will officiate memorial contributions may be made to the first United Methodist Church youth camp Greentown.
