Mrs. Mary F. Constant, of 1420 North Fourth street, passed away at the family home last night at 9 o'clock. The cause of Mrs. Constant's death was paralysis, although she had been in failing health for some time past. She suffered a stroke of paralysis about two weeks ago and since that time her death had been expected almost daily.
Mrs. Constant was the widow of Adam H. Constant whose death occurred here October 4, 1916. Mrs. Constant leaves two sons to mourn her death. They are Alfred H. Constant, of Ada, Okla., and Gershom K. Constant of this city. A.H. Constant and wife of Ada, have both been here for some time on account of the mother's critical condition. The deceased was aged 73 years, 8 months and 11 days. The family had resided here for the past 20 years and was well and favorably known throughout the community. Funeral services for Mrs. Constant will be held tomorrow Friday afternoon, at 2 o'clock at the residence, conducted by Rev. P.H. Guy, of Winfield. Burial will take place in Riverview cemetery beside the body of the husband of the deceased.
