Charlotte "Polly" Louise Greenfield Arend, 84, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009.
Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, James and Esther Greenfield; husband, Philip Arend; and brothers, James and Roy Greenfield.
Survivors: Daughters, Valeria Maxcy and Laurie Smith and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Jennifer Lee and husband, Johnny, Randy Maxcy, Mallory Smith and Andrew Smith; great-grandchildren, Cloe Talamini, Julian Lee, Abby Lee and Madison Maxcy; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
