Funeral Services
Funeral services for Mrs. Florine Greene Gamble, 29, was held at Mt. Era Baptist church with Rev. L.G. Cooper and Rev. Ellias in charge on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
Interment was in the Cherokee cemetery.
Florine died in Mercy hospital in Gary, Ind., after a short illness. She was born in Cherokee and graduated from both our schools.
Our heart goes our in sympathy to the bereaved ones, especially her mother, Mrs. Jessie Greene.
