Hazel Dennis Green, 90, of Fort Smith died Saturday, June 3, 2000, in Fort Smith.
She was a retired elementary school teacher with Fort Smith Public Schools for 17 years. She was a Seventh Day Adventist and a graduate of Loma Linda University and the University of Arkansas.
Funeral was at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her husband, William; a daughter, Marilynda Green Farris of Mountainburg; a son, William W. Green II of Fort Smith; a sister, Elsie Mae Taylor of Collegedale, Tenn.; and two grandchildren, Laura E. Green of Houston and Daniel A. Green of Austin, Texas.
Pallbearers were Laudell and Bob Roberts, Gene Kyykendall, Roy Myers, Charles Fitting and Gerald Cross.
