Ocala - Mr. Willie Green, Jr. 87, resident of Ocala, Florida received the call of life well lived on September 14, 2012.
He served in the U.S. Military and was a retired butcher. He was a member of New St. John Baptist Church of Ocala.
Mr. Willie Green leaves to share his precious memory, his wife, Barbara Green; 13 children, Roger Green, Tonya L. Green, Willie Green III, Quincy Eugene Green, Louise Green, Juanita Davis, Zola Stevenson, Jeanetta Graham, Sherry A. Green, John L. Green, Agnes Boyd, Minister Reginald B. Green, Louretta M. Wallace; 44 grandchildren, 43 great-grands and five great-great grands; one brother; and two sisters.
The services for the late Mr. Willie Green Jr. will be held on Saturday, at 2 p.m., September 22, 2012 at New St. John Baptist Church, 2251 Northwest 2nd Street in Ocala, Florida. Visitation hours will be held one hour prior to services. The burial will follow immediately in the Chestnut Cemetery in Ocala, Florida.
Services are under the professional care of Carnegie Funeral Home, 217 SE 4th Ave. Chiefland, Florida.
