Betty Jean Anistranski, 81, of Hanover Township, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014, in the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

She was born March 7, 1933, in Wilkes-Barre the daughter of the late Anthony Graziano and Laura Santi Graziano.

Betty was a graduate of Wilkes-Barre GAR.High School, class of 1950, and also the Wilkes-Barre Business College.

She had a long time career with Susquehanna Savings and Loan and Atlantic Financial. She also was employed for a year in the dental office of Dr. Wayne Dombroski.

Betty was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish, Wilkes-Barre.

She was a die-hard Pittsburgh and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Fan.

Surviving in addition to her husband: Joseph, are her children: Dr. Elizabeth L. Anistranski-Keller and her husband, Sean Keller, and Dr. Joseph A. Anistranski and his wife, Maureen; her sister: Patricia Krzyzewski, Maine, New York; and, proud grandchildren: Joseph A., Jr., Jarrett R., John P., and Maura R. Anistranski, and Blake A. and Brandon A. Keller; and, numerous nieces and nephews.
