Helen Elizabeth Amatrone October 17, 1921 - March 3, 2006

Helen Amatrone, a native of East St. Louis, MO and long time Concord resident passed away on Friday March 3, at 84 years of age. Loving mother of Katie & Robert Lynn, Susan & Bill Herrera and Robert Amatrone; beloved grandmother of Elizabeth and Amy Lynn, Joel & Tom Herrera, Nicholas, Jesse & Patrick Amatrone; devoted great grandmother of William Amatrone & Haylee Lynn-Tate; cherished sister of Joan Mickiewicz. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son William Amatrone (1996). Until her retirement, she enjoyed a career with Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco. In years past she served as organist for Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in Concord, and she also took great pleasure enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Funeral Liturgy celebrating Helen's life will take place at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday March 8, Queen of All Saints Church. A Vigil Service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday evening at Bryant & Moore Chapel, 1385 Galindo Street, Concord. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Lafayette. Bryant & Moore Chapel (925) 682-1100
