The Natchez Democrat announces Funeral services for Mr. Handy Stigler Gray, 76, will be at 3:30 p.m. today in the chapel at Laird Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert E. Jones officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Gray died Tuesday night at the Jefferson Davis Memorial Hospital. He had lived on 61 North in Natchez, and was a member of the Washington Baptist Church. He was a retired employee of the Armstrong Tire & Rubber Company.
He is survived by the widow, Reva Dills Gray and three daughters, Hazel June, Valerie Pritchard and Mary Ann King, all of Natchez; three sons, Albert Lee Gray, Baton Rouge, LA; George Gray of Natchez; Paul Gray, New Orleans, LA; two sisters, Pearl Morrison of Utica, MS, and Stella Anders, of Natchez, MS; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Laird Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
