Eva does not have a monument.
Found an application for a marriage of J Mart Brooks to Eva Frances Brooks Dec 8, 1932 in Phelps County, MO. That suggested she was married to a Brooks before him. Then I found a marriage of Eva Graves to Mark Brooks, Dec. 24, 1910. The latter must be correct.
