Patricia was born May 27, 1941 to the late Joseph Wayne Granger and the late Eugenia Henrietta Slaughter Granger in Clifton, Ohio. She is survived by two daughters and a son: Betty Berlin and husband Drew, Linda Onisiphorou, and Larry Tampke. Grandchildren Crystal Stewart and husband Jim, Justin Berlin and wife Danielle, Holly Berlin, Michele Goldhagen and Husband Aaron, Effie Onisiphorou, John Jones, Four great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, sister in law Margaret Watkins Granger of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, three nephews, two nieces.
