Graveside service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Fay Nell was born Oct. 10, 1919, in Mena, Ark., to Lillian and Lewis Gothard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Van Amis.
Survivors: Sister, Nita Gothard; and nieces, Diane Walter and Patricia Huckabay.
