Mrs. Dorothy Gossum, age 92 of Wingo, Ky passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
She was a retired Seamstress.
Mrs. Gossum is survived by her daughter- Donna (Terry Edwards) McCue of Mayfield, Ky; one son- Gene (Vena) Gossum of Wingo, Ky; sister- Sue Brummal of Clinton, Ky; two brothers- Edwin House and David "Tot" House both of Fulgham, Ky; two granddaughters- Julie Jones and Tammie Hester; five great-grandchildren- Josh Hester, Jordan Hester, Devin Gossum, Weston Hester, and Jayden Hester; 1 great-great grandson- Grayson Roberts.
She was preceded in death by her husband- Will Ed Gossum; grandson- Travis Gossum; two sisters- Delma Grissom and Ruth Holland; four brothers- Howard House, Bill House, Bob House, and Owen House; parents- Alvie & Marie Williams House.
Pallbearers will be: Allan House, Paul Edwin House, Randy Gossum, Justin House, Clay Brummal, Justin House.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky with Rev. David Gossum officiating. Burial will follow in the Wingo Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky.
