Armina Roach was the daughter of Thomas Roach and Sarah Salley Bowles. Armina married David Goosey, son of Peter Goosey Jr and Nancy Holton. Armina and David were married on 28 Oct 1854 in London, Laurel County. They had 12 children: Nancy, William S., James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, Mary Ann, David Butler, Susannah, Joseph "Joe", Josephine and Amanda "Mandy", Catherine and Martha.

Armina was last reported alive in the 1910 census.
