Benjamin and Susanna were living at Boston in 1830 at the time of the death of their only child. Where John Foster was buried tells me that they weren't doing very well economically. Susanna died at 2 Bedford Street, Boston, which is gone now, prob trimmed back because it is on the corner of Chauncey. Bedford Street starts at number 7 now, and is the Hyatt Regency, but was considered a "commercial block" earlier on. Susanna's death record states "hus[band] Benjamin", indicating that she wasn't a widow at time of death.
