A graveside service for Joanah Day, 82, of Cullman will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Village Falls Cemetery in Mulga; David Beasley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 - 9 p.m.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Day passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Woodland Village Health Care Center. She was born on July 22, 1933 in Parrish to Arthur & Ida Mae Argent Gober and is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J. B. Day and a son, Joseph Day.
She is survived by seven children: Sandra Dawson, Rachel (Kelly) Wise, Jimmy Day, Debra (Danny) Kilgore, Carolyn Bell, Johnny (Connie) Day and Arthur (Kellie) Day and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other family and friends.
