WICHITA FALLS, TX - Private family services for Inez Bryles, 88, Wichita Falls, Texas, will be held at Highland Cemetery in Lawton with the Rev. Eddie Sirmons, pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Burkburnett, Texas, officiating.

She died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009.

Burial will follow the service at the cemetery under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

She was born on Nov. 5, 1921, in Lawton, to Jasper and Elsie F. Rummage Goben. She attended Kansas State University and Colorado Women's College. She married Murphy C. Bryles. Mrs. Bryles retired in 1985 as office manager for Dr. French L. Worthen, after many years. She was a member of First Christian Church of Lawton.

She is survived by her beloved brother, Alex and a granddaughter, Rebecca Bryles of Wichita Falls.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Murphy C. Bryles in 1970.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wichita County Humane Society.
