He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Glover.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Leslie B. Glover; two daughters, Jordan and Lauren Glover; one son, Douglas Glover Jr.; his mother, Marie Glover; two sisters, Vonda Johnson (Keith); Leann Walls (Mervin); mother-in-law, Sandra Bryant; brother-in-law, Darren Bryant (Karen); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Remains rested at March Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Ave., where viewing was held on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and where the family received friends from 6pm to 7:30pm. Funeral services were held at 1pm on Thursday, January 8, 2009, at First Baptist Centralia, 2920 Kingsdale Rd., Chester, VA. Interment on Friday, January 9, 2009, at 2pm in Hampton Memorial Gardens, Butler Farm Rd., Hampton, VA.
