ROSSVILLE, GA - Flora "Margaret" Barrett Gilreath, 83, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2011.
She was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga, TN and North Georgia areas and was of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Winnie Belle Barrett; husband, James "Jim" Gilreath; sister, Mary Martha Post and brother, Harold Wesley Barrett.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Elaine and (David) Wyrick, of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, Jimmie Lynn and (Robert) Harris, of Ooltewah, TN, and Meg and (Ken) Smith, of Carthage, MO; seven grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 15, 2011, in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor Mike Gregg officiating.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
